Development and negotiations experience includes domestic and international project development and finance transactions including corporate legal management of $9 billion in debt and equity financing including 12,000 MW of power and infrastrucure development, construction and operating projects and experience in the United States, China, India, West Africa, Nepal, Indonesia, and Central America, and numerous joint venture and partnership arrangements and corporate management.
